INTRODUCTION
The client approached TenAV with the need to modernise their meeting room technology across seven rooms (five small-to-medium and two large). The primary objective was to enhance their video conferencing capabilities using Clevertouch interactive displays, with a focus on simplicity, reliability, and flexibility. The solution needed to support Microsoft Teams predominantly, with the ability to accommodate other video conferencing platforms as required.

Equipment and Features:
- Clevertouch Interactive Displays: Installed in all seven meeting rooms, these displays provide a high-definition, user-friendly interface for launching video conferences and delivering in-room presentations.
- Slot PC Integration: Each Clevertouch display was equipped with a slot PC connected to the local network, allowing users to easily access and upload files for meetings.
- Audio-Visual Components: Each Clevertouch display came with built-in microphones and speakers, ensuring clear audio in all rooms. Additionally, we installed Clevertouch CleverCam USB cameras in six rooms and integrated an existing Yealink UVC40 camera in the seventh room, ensuring high-quality video for all participants.
- Wireless Screen Sharing: To facilitate seamless collaboration, we provided Clevertouch wireless screen share dongles, allowing users to connect their devices effortlessly.

- Professional Installation: Our team handled the entire installation process, ensuring minimal disruption to the Chambers’ operations. Each room was configured for optimal performance, with thorough testing conducted to guarantee all systems were fully operational.
- Ongoing Support: As part of our commitment to the client, we provided a comprehensive maintenance package, ensuring that all equipment is serviced regularly and any issues are promptly addressed. All Clevertouch equipment is covered by a 5-year onsite fix or replace warranty.
Challenges and Solutions
Challenge 1: Seamless Integration with Existing Infrastructure The Chambers had existing video conferencing setups that needed to be integrated with the new Clevertouch display systems without causing operational downtime.
Solution: Our team conducted a detailed assessment of the current infrastructure and devised a phased installation plan that allowed for the smooth transition to the new system. The reuse of the Yealink UVC40 camera in one of the rooms also demonstrated our ability to integrate legacy equipment, optimising the client’s budget.
