Poly solutions for Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs)
Poly, formerly Polycom (or if you are really old, Polyspan), have been a leading vendor in the video communications market since the late 1990s. In recent years Poly has stopped producing complete video conferencing systems and has focused on their conference room camera and audio products.
There is currently a range of four cameras which can be used with any vendor’s hardware.
PROS
– Heritage of producing high-quality cameras and audio products.
– Can be integrated with third-party hardware or equipment.
CONS
– They do not offer a complete solution, only the camera and some audio products.
– Needs party integration by a specialist dealer.
